These terms govern your use of AI Ecommerce Manager ("the app"), installed via the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

The app reviews data from your connected Shopify store and surfaces recommendations, estimated dollar impact, and prioritized actions related to inventory, customers, merchandising, discounts, and finances. All figures shown (including dollar-impact estimates) are calculations based on your store's historical data and are estimates, not guarantees of actual outcomes.

No financial or business advice

The app's recommendations are generated from rules and calculations applied to your store's data. They are intended to help you prioritize your own decisions, not to replace your judgment. We are not a financial advisor, accountant, or business consultant, and nothing in the app should be treated as professional advice.

Billing

The app is offered with a 14-day free trial, after which a recurring subscription applies as shown at checkout via Shopify's billing system. Billing, trial periods, and cancellations are managed through Shopify's native subscription tools. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data in your Shopify store, and for any actions you take (or don't take) based on the app's recommendations. The app does not make changes to your store, products, orders, or discounts on your behalf unless you explicitly take that action yourself within Shopify.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on its recommendations or estimates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
